hey, thank you for your interest in my commissions! just a heads up that this is my first time doing commissions and that I'm currently in uni, so I draw very slowly! GENERAL:
1. The artwork is for personal use only unless otherwise discussed prior.2. I might post your finished commission on my socials. (unless asked to beforehand)3. You cannot change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission. Unless for icon, header, etc with proper credit!4. I reserve the right to decline any commission or client for any reason. I do not have to provide a reason why, but I will give notice!5. PAYMENT FIRST. Refunds, or cancellations, are not allowed once started.6. Time of delivery will vary on all commissions but it wont be more than a 1-2 months wait.7. I accept mood board/idea board and text description, just be aware this will take more time and additional fees.8. DO NOT sell, steal, trace or heavily reference my art without my consent.9. The art I create for you cannot and I repeat CANNOT be used to train AI. The same to be said for NFTs.10. There are 3 revisions of sketching if the sketch went past the 3 revisions limit I will be charging extra.11. I will do everything to make my customers happy.
However, after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made.Such as small colouring/ marking mistakes.
Any massive changes will come with an extra charge if necessary.Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw the piece completely.
If there's no ref and only mood boards and insp. board, then you are not allowed to make minor changes without a fee. (after the sketch phase)MAKE SURE TO BE CLEAR IN YOUR COMMISSION REQUEST IN WHAT YOU AIM FOR.12. Make sure to complete the Google Commission Form that I send you as I will not do or start your commission without filling in the form!
Payment:
1. Payments will be made through PAYPAL and in GBP if chose to commission me through Instagram but in American Dollars if chose to commission me through Artistree.2. FULL PAYMENT UPFRONT3. I do not accept refunds unless reason is issued. I would prefer it if you talked to me first before any issues!4. Backing out on a commission (before payment is sent) will not result in any issues as long as you communicate with me!5. I will initiate the transaction to avoid issues. Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed and have accepted your commission!CANCELLING / REFUNDING POLICY
1. I will refund you the total amount paid if I no longer wish/cannot work on your commission for any reason.2. You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist AFTER the sketch has been approved for.3. If money has not been sent yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.4. If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted wor to new buyers.You will be forbidden to ever commission me ever again. Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for.I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the rights to the money you have given me.
